http://www.contrebombarde.com/concerthall/music/37432, Adri pointed to a very nice free edition, containing several pieces by Zipoli and a lot of anonymous compositions. One of these pieces is the Tocada by Zipoli.
Though It's not indicated as such in the score, I thought it nice to use all three manuals, with stops in slightly different tonal colours. And the acoustical result is rather nice I think. With frequent manuals changes like this there is always the risk of moving your hands sideways a bit as well as moving up or down, and thus hitting the wrong notes on the other manual. With a lot of concentration I managed to play all manual changes correctly. And after the last note I let all concentration go and hit the lowest manual...
