| Description: | As I was impatient to try a big Bach on the Martinikerk sample set, I used once more the B minor BWV 544 (sorry for that). There are two versions with different registrations :
0:00 prélude "heavy" with a 16' Plenum HW + BW + manual trumpet, and 32' at pedal
6:51 fugue "light" : graded registration : BW principals 8 and 4 - then RP flutes 8,4,2 - then 16' plenum HW + BW(no manual reeds, no pedal 32')
13:00 prelude "light" with the registration as on a Marie-Claire Alain recording of this piece on the same organ = Plenum 8' HW + RP (registration indicated on the CD)
19:49 fugue "heavy" with with the registration as on a Marie-Claire Alain recording of this piece on the same organ = Plenum 16' HW + RP with manual reeds, 32' at pedal (registration indicated on the CD).
Anyone bold enough to listen to all this stuff may be assured of all my admirative compassion :-)
And sorry for the slips and for some patches. |
