After your upload is complete please check to make sure the player is playing the piece and showing the correct play duration. If an upload is acting odd, please try using a different converter before contacting us.

Some Uploads Not Playing
We have gotten a few emails from users notifying us that some uploads are not playing completely or at all. Upon investigation, It seems that some mp3 converters are adding extra data into the mp3 files (specifically 320 kbps files). This is messing up the player and causing issues. We have gone in and fixed a few pieces already.
